FAST DELIVERY AND CAREFUL

We ship products Monday through Saturday (excluding holidays). Packages are usually dispatched within one business day of receipt of payment. The maximum shipping time is 2 working days following receipt of payment.

They are shipped via the carrier of your choice with a tracking number which is sent to you by email and which is available in your customer area by clicking on the Orders tab as soon as your package is taken over by the carrier.

Box sizes are appropriate and your items are properly protected. Particular attention is paid to fragile items. If possible, we try to deliver in one go and not split the delivery.

We offer delivery with the most relevant partner for your delivery address including UPS, Colissimo and Mondial Relay.

DELIVERY IN METROPOLITAN FRANCE

For Metropolitan France we offer 4 delivery methods:

Delivery to a collection point, within 2 to 3 working days with Mondial Relay at €3.90 including tax below €50 of purchase including tax and free delivery from €50 of purchase including tax.

Home delivery without signature, within 1 to 2 working days with Colissimo at €4.90 including tax below €70 including tax and free delivery from €70 including tax.

Home delivery with signature, within 1 to 2 working days with Colissimo at €6.90 including tax below €70 including tax and at 2€ including tax from €70 including tax.

Express delivery with signature in 24 hours, working days, with UPS at €12.90 including tax below €70 including tax and at €7.90 including tax from €70 including tax.

For overseas departments we offer 2 delivery methods:

DELIVERY IN THE REST OF THE WORLD

For countries outside Europe we offer 2 delivery methods:

Home delivery with signature, within 4 to 7 working days with Colissimo at €49.90 excluding tax below €70 excluding tax and €39.90 excluding tax from €70 excluding tax.

Express delivery with signature in 24 hours, working days, with UPS at €59.90 excluding tax below €70 excluding tax and at €44.90 excluding tax from €70 excluding tax.

LATE DELIVERY

We try to meet delivery times to the extent commercially reasonable. We are usually successful in this, but we cannot guarantee delivery of the products within the time specified. For any delay in delivery, please contact us via the Contact us section or by email at info@triggerextremesports.com.

Inspection on delivery

Upon delivery, please check the packaging to see if the products are damaged. If the products appear to be damaged, please do not accept delivery. We will refund you the purchase price of the products and all delivery costs as soon as the deposit has registered the return of your order.

Please also note that you must check the products within a reasonable time of receipt. We consider that you have accepted the products unless you inform us within 30 days of receipt.

SHIPPING FEES

Shipping cost calculation

Shipping costs are due with each order placed. The exact amount of shipping costs is calculated according to the country of delivery and the carrier chosen.

Shipping costs include preparation and packaging costs as well as shipping costs. We recommend that you consolidate all of your items into one order. We cannot combine two orders placed separately and shipping costs apply to each of them.

CANCELLATIONS AND RETURNS

Order cancellation before delivery

You have the possibility of canceling any order of products, free of charge and without giving any reason, provided that it has not already been dispatched.

If you have submitted an order and wish to cancel it, please check the status of your order first by clicking on the Orders link at the bottom of the www.triggerextremesports.com website. If the status of your order is "Pending" or "Pending", it is possible that

that we can still cancel your order; contact us by email through the Contact us section or at info@triggerextremesports.com to request an order cancellation.

Our Customer Service representatives will instruct the depot staff to cancel your order. If they can accommodate your request, they will send you a confirmation email and the cancellation will be free.

Returning defective products after delivery

You have the right to return products that have been delivered to you if they are faulty or do not conform to your order when you receive them. After noting the defect, you have the legal duration of the product warranty to return the product.

Returning products after delivery, for any reason

If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with the products you have ordered, you can return them to us within 30 days of delivery, without giving any reason, provided that :

- The products have not been washed or used in any way,

- The product is intact and in its original packaging (carefully opened packaging will not be considered damaged packaging),

- The product is complete, for example: both items of a pair must be returned.

You cannot return to us:

- Products that have been tampered with,

- Products that have been worn or used,

- Products that you have damaged yourself.

Exchange a product

For an exchange, you can return your product in its original condition and its packaging in good condition, within 30 days.

To obtain another color, another size or any other products, contact us by e-mail via the Contact us section or at the e-mail address info@triggerextremesports.com.

Return postage is your responsibility and new postage is our responsibility.

Refund Information

For a refund, you can return your product in its original condition and packaging in good condition, within 30 days.

If you return defective products or products that do not comply with your order, and your complaint is justified, the purchase price and shipping costs will be refunded to you. If you are returning items for reasons other than defectiveness or non-compliance with your order, you will be responsible for paying the return postage.

Refunds will be made by bank transfer. You will need to provide your bank details (IBAN and BIC) to Customer Service when returning your order. We will then be able to refund the amount directly to your bank account. You will receive the refund once the product has been returned and checked into the depot.
