FAST AND CAREFUL DELIVERY

We ship Monday through Saturday (excluding holidays). Packages are generally dispatched within 1 business day after receipt of payment. The maximum shipping time is 2 business days after receipt of payment.

They are shipped via the carrier of your choice with a tracking number that is sent to you by email and is available in your customer area by clicking on the tab Order History as soon as your package is picked up by the carrier.

Boxes are appropriately sized and your items are properly protected. Special attention is given to fragile items. If possible, we try to deliver in one go and not split the delivery.

We offer delivery with the most relevant partner for your delivery address including UPS, Colissimo and Mondial Relay.

DELIVERY IN METROPOLITAN FRANCE

For Metropolitan France we offer 4 modes of delivery:

Delivery in withdrawal point, under 2 to 3 working days with Mondial Relay at 2,90€ tax included below 50€ of purchase tax included and free delivery from 50€ of purchase tax included.

Delivery at home without signature, under 1 to 2 working days with Colissimo at 2,90€ tax included below 50€ of purchase tax included and free delivery from 70€ of purchase tax included.

Delivery at home against signature, under 1 to 2 working days with Colissimo at 4,90€ tax included under 50€ of purchase tax included and at 1,20€ tax included from 70€ of purchase tax included.

Express delivery against signature in 24h, working days, with UPS at 12,90€ tax included below 70€ tax included and at 7,90€ tax included from 70€ tax included.

For the overseas departments we offer 2 modes of delivery:

DELIVERY IN EUROPE OUTSIDE THE EUROPEAN UNION

For countries in Europe, outside the European Union, we offer 2 modes of delivery:

DELIVERY IN THE REST OF THE WORLD

For countries outside Europe we offer 2 modes of delivery:

Home delivery against signature, within 4 to 7 working days with Colissimo at 49,90€ tax excluded below 70€ tax excluded and at 19,90€ tax excluded from 70€ tax excluded.

Express delivery against signature in 24h, working days, with UPS at 59,90€ tax excluded, under 70€ tax excluded and at 44,90€ tax excluded from 70€ tax excluded.

DELAY IN DELIVERY

We try to meet delivery deadlines as far as commercially reasonable. The delivery times of our transport providers are indicative and we cannot guarantee the delivery of the products within the specified times, nor can we be held responsible for any delay in delivery. However, we are responsible for the proper delivery of our orders until they are received. That is why, in the event of a delay in delivery, we will do our utmost to ensure that you receive your order as soon as possible. As soon as a delivery delay has been exceeded, we request an investigation from the carrier. If an investigation concludes the package as lost or stolen, we refund the entire order, including shipping costs.

Control on delivery

Upon delivery, please check the packaging for damage. If it appears that the products are damaged, please do not accept the delivery. We will refund the purchase price of the products and all shipping charges as soon as the depot has registered the return of your order.

Please also note that you must inspect the products within a reasonable period of time after receipt. We will consider that you have accepted the products unless you inform us within 30 days of receipt.

SHIPPING COSTS

Calculation of shipping costs

Shipping costs are due with each order placed. The exact amount of the shipping costs is calculated according to the country of delivery and the chosen carrier. 

Shipping costs include preparation and packaging costs as well as shipping costs. We recommend that you combine all your items into one order. We cannot combine two orders placed separately and shipping charges will apply to both. 

CANCELLATIONS AND RETURNS

Cancellation of order before delivery

You have the possibility to cancel any order of products, free of charge and without giving any reason, as long as it has not already been shipped.

If you have submitted an order and wish to cancel it, please first check the status of your order by clicking on the Order history link at the bottom of the www.triggerextremesports.com website. If the status of your order allows it, we may still be able to cancel your order; contact us by e-mail via the Contact Us section or at the e-mail address info@triggerextremesports.com to request an order cancellation.

Our Customer Service representatives will ask the depot staff to cancel your order. If they are able to accommodate your request, they will send you a confirmation email and the cancellation will be free of charge.

Return of defective products after delivery

You have the right to return products that have been delivered to you if they are defective or do not conform to your order when you receive them. After having noticed the defect, you have the legal warranty period of the product to return the product.

Return products after delivery, for any reason whatsoever

If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with the products you have ordered, you may return them to us within 30 days of delivery, without giving any reason, provided that :

The products have not been washed or used in any way,

The product is intact and in its original packaging (a carefully opened package will not be considered as damaged packaging),

The product is complete, for example: both items of a pair must be returned.

You cannot return :

Products that have been tampered with,

Products that have been worn or used,

Products that you have damaged yourself.

Exchange a product

For an exchange, you can return your product in its original condition and packaging in good condition, within 30 days.

To obtain another color, another size or any other product, contact us by e-mail via the Contact Us section or at the e-mail address info@triggerextremesports.com.

You are responsible for the return shipping costs and we are responsible for the new shipping costs.

Reimbursement Information

For a refund, you can return your product in its original condition and packaging in good condition, within 30 days.

If you return products that are defective or do not conform to your order, and your claim is justified, the purchase price and shipping costs will be refunded. If you return items for reasons other than defect or non-conformity to your order, you will be responsible for the return shipping costs.

Refunds will be made to your original payment method. You will receive the refund once the product has been returned and registered at the depot within 2 working days.
